Can we request for a hard copies of the certificates?
Yes. Additional payment will be collected if you will request the hard copies of your certificate and official ID. Also, due to the recent increase in LBC's shipping fees for door-to-door delivery, we have opted for Cash on Pick Up (COP) as it is more cost-effective. Once your documents are ready for pick up at your nearest LBC Branch, you will pay their minimum fee, which varies depending on your location.
